This workshop will provide you with the tools to develop, control and express your wider ranges of motion to enhance your daily life. By focusing on joint health and movement, you will learn how to access the foundations of your mobility - the combination of joint strength, active stretching techniques and flexibility. Using the latest scientific principles and research from the Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) system, this course is open for everybody wishing to improve the way they move, prevent injury and know more about the way their body is designed to function in a safe, creative and adaptable manner.
